An der Müller-Friedbergstrasse 11, 9000 St. Gallen wird per 1. August 2026 eine attraktive 5-Zimmer-Wohnung frei. Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 2’390.–. genaue Aufteilung der Miete wird noch besprochen - CHF 800 dient lediglich als Indikation. Wir (Sean und Anton) suchen aktuell noch eine Person. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher ideal für eine Studierenden-WG. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch grosszügige Zimmer, ein separates Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sowie ein gemütliches Cheminée. Besonders attraktiv ist die Top-Lage: Die Universität ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Activ Fitness, TheCo sowie Meeting Point befinden sich nur ca. 1 Minute entfernt. Auch der Marktplatz ist in rund 5 Minuten erreichbar. Optimalerweise werden alle Möbel übernommen. Die Möbel sind gut erhalten und machen den Einzug unkompliziert. Bei Interesse oder Fragen gerne melden :). The apartment offers spacious rooms, a separate dining room and living room, as well as a cosy fireplace. The location is excellent: the university can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Lidl, Activ Fitness, TheCo, and Meeting Point are all only about a 1-minute walk away. The Marktplatz is also just around 5 minutes away. Ideally, all furniture would be taken over.
