A very tidy, clean and sympathetic subtenant or roommate aged approx. 20 to 60 years is sought. Reliability, cleanliness as well as a good sense of order are required. A furnished room with direct balcony access is being rented, as well as a separate private small bathroom. The following rooms are available for shared use: Large bathroom with laundry tower, Modernly furnished kitchen, Living room with TV / Internet, Spacious balcony with cozy rattan lounge Start of lease: immediately or by arrangement. Limited to at least 5 months or unlimited possible. The rental price is understood to include all service charges and insurances.
