The rooms are available from the beginning of September. **The apartment** The apartment is a large 6-room old building apartment with lots of charm, parquet, high ceilings and plenty of light, and is simultaneously very central and quiet. * 3 large single rooms approx. 22–23 m² (2 already occupied, 1 × 22 m² available) * 1 room with separate bedroom (11 m²) + office (9 m²) – available * large living room (27 m²) * new kitchen with balcony * 2 bathrooms * large garden with fountain * bicycle parking space ETH Zentrum is approx. 10 minutes away on foot, and Irchel and Hönggerberg are also easily accessible. Both rooms are furnished, but can also easily be furnished with your own furniture. The rent is CHF 1’400 (22 m² room) and CHF 1’300 (11 m² room with 9 m² office) + CHF 225 utilities = CHF 1’625 per month or CHF 1’525, all inclusive. Electricity, internet, water, garden maintenance, etc. are already included in the utilities (unfortunately not quite cheap, but the apartment is also something special). **About me** I am Miriam, almost 20, and am starting my medical studies at ETH this autumn. Originally I come from Geneva, but lived in the USA for a year. German, Swiss German and French are my native languages, I speak English fluently and also a little Italian. In my free time, I am mostly somewhere outdoors: I cycle a lot (last summer I cycled from Geneva to Oslo), like to go hiking, read and swim in the lake all year round. At the same time, I also enjoy quiet evenings and interesting conversations. **Who I am looking for** Ideally students or young professionals who are open, respectful and tidy.
