1 room apartment

The room is 12 m² in size, is located on the 5th floor and costs CHF 544.50 per month – including service charges, internet and reserves.
It is facing the street, so accordingly you get a little bit of the city life in a normal framework.
The apartment is around 180 m² in size and offers mega much space. We have a balcony, two bathrooms, a large living and guest room as well as your own washing machine in the apartment. There is also enough space to dry laundry, completely without laundry schedule stress.
And if it does get tight, there is additional storage space in the cellar. Overall a lot of space for living and not just for residing.

Who we are:
We are Meike, Jonas, Katharina and Sandro, between 28 and 33 years old, employed and somewhere between ambitious, sporty and quite active.

Jonas loves cooking passionately, constantly tries out new recipes and knows surprisingly well everything that can be preserved in olive oil. Otherwise, he likes riding his bike, leaving tracks in the snow or is in the hustle and bustle of a concert.
Katharina loves dancing and sport and has also recently discovered bivouacking. In the meantime, she likes to spend a night under the open sky in the mountains.
Meike knows where the best coffee is, and needs it in the morning too. With heart in gastronomy, felt like having worked and traveled everywhere in the world.
Sandro almost always finds a reason to be outdoors. Impressive landscapes and mountains fascinate him. Climbing, paragliding, ski and high-altitude tours. Some activity is always possible.

Our WG life is uncomplicated and considerate. We all have our own rhythm, rarely step on each other's toes and although there are five of us, it does not feel cramped. At the same time, we appreciate the exchange. Cooking together sometimes, spontaneously having a coffee or doing something is just as much a part of it.

We are looking for
You fit with us if you are uncomplicated and really like WG life. If you prefer to eat your food together at the table rather than alone in your room. If you are up for a chat in the kitchen every now and then and appreciate exchange just as much as your own personal space.
A cleaning plan should not throw you off balance and you leave common rooms as you would like to find them yourself. But don't worry, Puffy our robot vacuum cleaner is the hardworking roommate.

We look forward to a person who has the desire to be part of a lively, active WG, instead of just renting a room.
