Room in a shared flat

Looking for a new place to call home? :) I am renting out a large and fully furnished in a very bright apartment in Kloten. (Kloten train station is 500m from the flat, 15mins by train to Zürich HB and 8 mins by bus to Zurich airport). The room is spacious and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included. Rest of the house: there are 2 bathrooms for maximum confort. The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster, waterboiler, and dishwasher. All main shops are close by. The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
