Hello, I offer a furnished and functional room by choice in my 4.5-room apartment (84 m2) fully equipped, in shared accommodation for 3 people in Marly. The charges, internet, and electricity are included in the rent of the room which varies according to its size (16.4 m2, 14.8 m2, or 10 m2) The room contains: a comfortable bed, with bedding, a table, lamp, and office chair, a wardrobe, and a dresser with drawers. The crossing apartment includes a large entrance hall, the 3 bedrooms of different sizes, an equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room of 19.7 m², which opens onto a balcony fitted with a table and 5 chairs for lunch in the summer. It is located at route de Bourguillon 25, on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building in a quiet residential area called: les jardins de Bourguillon, in Marly, close to all amenities. Within a radius of 300 m, you will find: school, countryside, a chapel, a shopping center (Migros, Denner, pharmacy, and bank) and the bus stop, where 5 direct regional lines take you to Fribourg station in 9 minutes and the urban bus line 1 to the boulevard de Pérolles, in the city center of Fribourg in 9 minutes as well. I would like to welcome 3 men who have a job (solvent), sociable and sympathetic, who like to live in shared accommodation and for whom hygiene is important.
