Room in a shared flat

Modern & bright shared apartment room with balcony and excellent public transport connections Hello everyone Since my roommate is moving out, a room in our light-flooded apartment is becoming available. The apartment is approx. 70 m² in size and features a cozy balcony. The offered room (see floor plan No. 2) is 17.5 m² in size and offers plenty of space for living, working, and furnishing. It is a two-person shared apartment, consisting of myself and one other person, whom I am looking for with this advertisement :-) About me: I (f/23) work in healthcare and study on the side. In my free time, I like being outdoors, meeting friends, or going to the swimming pool. I enjoy cooking, like good conversations, but also enjoy time to myself from time to time. Location: The apartment is located directly at the edge of the forest, surrounded by fields, ideal for jogging, walking, or cycling. An outdoor pool as well as the train stop (Wallrüti) and bus stop (Zinzikok) are only 5 minutes walking distance away. Winterthur Hauptbahnhof is reachable in 15 min by public transport. Shopping & Surroundings: In the immediate vicinity (600m) are Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner, a post office branch as well as two pharmacies. There are also small cafés and a bakery. Who I am looking for: Ideally, I am looking for a new female roommate or also a new male roommate aged approx. 20–30 years who/that feels like having a pleasant shared apartment life. Order and cleanliness are important to me. Therefore, there will also be a cleaning plan so that tasks are divided fairly and everyone contributes their part. Likewise, respectful and considerate interaction with one another is very important to me. A good atmosphere, where one likes coming home, is close to my heart.
