Room in a shared flat

Jessica (Swiss, f, 25) and I, Carles (Spanish, m, 31) are looking for a new family member in our flat :) **About us** * Jessica: social, outgoing, singer, centre of the party, the go to person to have in any event or share a crazy plan (any, really). * Carles: sporty, outdoorsy, adrenaline junkie, dances salsa and loves latin parties. * We both love snowboarding, going on hikes, going out dancing, cooking together, having spontaneous dinners or talks, watching a serie together, mix our friends groups at home, go to jump off the bridge at letten, go together to a running club..etc etc etc * We are both very clean, open to share things, and respectful (even if we cross the boundaries on purpose sometimes :P). We would like someone that fits the vibe and wants to use this special time to build a real lasting connection. **Don't apply if** * You're looking for a Zweck WG * You smoke * You're not clean (important) **The flat** * New, 2 bathrooms, 15 sqm room, with balcony, daylight everywhere, clean, spacious, and quiet. * Since the building is new temperature inside is nice and noises don't enter the building. * There is also a Cellar, Bike parking, elevator and possibility to rent a parking lot. * Washing machine & tumbler in the apartment. * Furniture for the common areas is there (to be partially transferred), but we are happy to refurnish things once you're in. * The furniture from the bedroom is fully for sale (and preffered if possible).
