Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone ​As my life partner has unfortunately passed away and the house is too large for me alone, I am looking for a roommate (also possible with child) for a rented semi-detached house. ​The room & the house: Room: 2 rooms on the upper floor (approx. 2x4 m and 3x3 m, currently furnished) plus optionally another room in the lower floor (approx. 4x5 m). Bathroom: Small guest WC with shower for private use. Large bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin for shared use. Extras: Carport parking space included. Common areas: Kitchen, living room, conservatory (approx. 8x3 m) and a great wellness room with sauna, massage shower and whirlpool. Outdoor area: Small vegetable garden with goldfish pond and pizza oven. The balcony by my room may be used, provided I am not sleeping. Special features: Characterful butterfly roof (room height on the upper floor 2m to 2.8 m) and a beautiful view – with a bit of luck, you can even see Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau! I am looking for: A rather quiet roommate who likes things cozy, appreciates the view and the garden, is connected to animals and nature and likes to help out with the household and garden. Order and cleanliness are important to me, as is not having a problem with meat consumption in the house. I am open regarding age – the chemistry must be right! About me: I (m, 57) am a quiet type, a shift worker and therefore wish for corresponding peace in the house during the day (approx. 11:30 to 14:30). I am not a cleaning fanatic, but a certain basic order is important to me. I have 2 cats that are very dear to my heart. I smoke (only outside!), enjoy photography, like it nice and warm at home and enjoy a good glass of wine with fine food on the weekend.
