We are renting, by arrangement, a beautiful 3-room apartment on the 6th floor (with lift). The apartment is approximately 54 m² in size and is equipped as follows: \- Kitchen with dishwasher \- Floor covering corridor / kitchen / bath: light tiles \- Floor covering living room and bedroom: laminate \- practical built-in cupboards \- Balcony \- Cellar compartment The bus stop is located directly in front of the property. Various bars and shopping facilities are just a stone's throw away. Within a short time, you are in the Old Town and at the main station. The property is equipped with the Niederer-Connecting App. This means that you can contact us at any time and in an easy way, e.g., with a damage report.
