Lease transfer – 1.5 apartment in Witikon (Zürich) We are looking for 1 or a maximum of 2 people to perform a lease transfer (Nachmieter) of a 1.5 room apartment located in Witikon (Zürich), a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, about 25 minutes by public transport from Zürich HB. 💰 Rent: CHF 1.370 per month (expenses included). 📅 Move-in: (Indicate date: 23 September / 1 October or whatever the real estate agency confirms). 📅 Contract duration: until (indicate day) of May 2028. The contract cannot be extended, as the building will be demolished and all tenants must vacate the dwellings on that date. 🐶 Pets are allowed. 🚗 If you have a car, there is the possibility of renting a garage space in the parking lot located next to the building. The space is requested directly from the real estate agency and the cost is independent of the apartment rent. We are looking for responsible people who respect the building's coexistence rules (shared laundry, common areas, etc.). Mandatory requirements The real estate agency will only accept candidates who meet ALL of the following requirements: ✅ Have a B permit (or another permit accepted by the real estate agency). ✅ Have no debts in Switzerland. It will be mandatory to present a completely clean official extract from the Betreibungsregister (debt register). ✅ Present the last 3 payslips, with minimum approximate incomes of CHF 4.110 net per month (or the equivalent between both holders if two people move in). ✅ The apartment is 1.5 rooms, so a maximum of 2 adults can be registered. ✅ Be willing to assume the contract under the same conditions and on the date agreed with the real estate agency. Please, if you do not meet any of these requirements, do not write to us, as the real estate agency will directly reject the application and we would only be wasting each other's time. Furniture The apartment is rented unfurnished, but we have purchased all the furniture for the home and, as a condition of the transfer, it must be mandatorily purchased for CHF 250. For that price, the following is included: * Sofa. * Coffee table. * Extendable dining table. * 3 black chairs. * Living room lamp. * TV stand. * Living room unit with drawers and two display cabinets. * Tall wardrobe with mirror. * Chest of drawers. * Fabric wardrobe. * Desk/vanity. * 2 white chairs. * Nightstand. * Double mattress. * Single mattress (stored in the storage room). * Coat rack. * Shoe rack/entrance unit. * Entrance armchair (ideal for putting on shoes). * Four-shelf kitchen shelving unit with wheels. * Small kitchen shelving unit. * Napkin holder. * Shower curtain. * Shower shelf. * Additional bathroom light bulbs. * Shopping trolley. Additionally, we are giving away a small auxiliary unit located under the kitchen countertop. Optional (if interested) We can also sell some appliances and accessories separately: * 📺 Television: CHF 120. * ❄️ Mini freezer: CHF 70. We highly recommend it because the freezer that comes with the kitchen is quite small. * 🍽️ Practically new microwave: CHF 60. * 🌬️ Two fans: CHF 10 each. Important information The apartment features: * Terrace. * Loft. * Very large storage room (bunker) on the lower floor. * Shared laundry. * Own mailbox. The name on the doorbell can be easily changed by placing a sticker over the current one. All keys to the home, the mailbox, and the common areas will be handed over, and all must be returned at the end of the contract. ⚠️ Very important: when the contract ends, on (indicate day) of May 2028, the apartment must be handed over completely empty, without furniture or belongings, as required by the real estate agency to return the security deposit in full.
