Room in a shared flat

I am looking for 2 roommates (female or couples preferred) for my spacious 4.5-room duplex penthouse apartment in a green residential quarter. Bus and tram are reachable within a few minutes' walk. There are two large rooms. The first is 15.1m2 in size and costs 997,- and the second is 16.2 m2 and costs 1067,-. In addition, there would be the costs for electricity, Serafe, and if necessary, a shared household insurance. You will share the large bathroom with a bathtub with the other roommate. The apartment has its own WM and dryer. Additionally, there is a cellar compartment. The living room is bright, has a stove for cozy winter days, and a large sunny terrace.
