Room in a shared flat

Internationals welcome 🤗 I live in a beautiful old building apartment near the city center and yet in a quiet side street. I renovated the apartment in the year 2024, for a few weeks now I have a new refrigerator and a new stove+cooktop. With a great garden in the backyard ! I am now looking for a female flatmate who would like to share this beautiful home with me. A cheerful person who embraces life and takes initiative to keep the home in an orderly condition. Preferred: It would be best if you also work and appreciate a regular daily routine. If there are further questions, just get in touch. A viewing appointment is also no problem.
