Room in a shared flat

I am offering a furnished room in Altstetten for sublet for one to max. two months. The furnishings consist of a 140cm bed, an open wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair (see pictures). The room is around 11.5m² in size and has a pleasant square layout. The apartment is beautifully bright and spacious. The kitchen (incl. pantry) is fully equipped. For shared use, there is also a living room with a projector, a balcony with a small gas grill, a cellar compartment, a bicycle cellar as well as a shared laundry room available.
In addition to the cleaning service (every two weeks), I place importance on the apartment remaining tidy in between. The cleaning service is not included in the rent: Internet costs 25 CHF, your share of the cleaning service is approx. 80 CHF, if you do not want to clean yourself.
I am a non-smoker and my former roommates would probably describe me as pleasant and quiet. We enjoy cooking or eating together every now and then if the opportunity arises – however, I am often out and rarely at home, especially on the weekend.
