Room in a shared flat

From August, a room in my beautiful, newly renovated apartment will be available. The room is furnished, but you don't have to take the furniture if you want to bring your own. You'll be living with me: I'm a working professional, I like to go jogging, hiking or cycling. Otherwise, I'm also often traveling or visiting friends over the weekend. When I'm here, I'm available for anything, but I also like to have my door closed and some peace and quiet. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, as well as a separate toilet and bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there's a laundry room in the basement and a bike storage room behind the house, in the inner courtyard. A small garden, which is rarely used, also belongs to the apartment and is only accessible to us. The apartment is fully equipped, so you don't need to bring anything. Bars, cafes, and restaurants are just around the corner. Public transportation like Lochergut or Wiedikon train station are also nearby.
