I’m looking for a new tenant for my apartment at Zollstrasse 6, 8005 Zürich, available from 16 November 2026 with a regular, open-ended rental contract. A slightly earlier move-in date in November may also be possible by agreement.

The apartment is bright, modern and very centrally located, directly opposite Zürich Hauptbahnhof. The HB is essentially on your doorstep, with excellent connections throughout Zürich and beyond. The building also has a Migros on the ground floor, making everyday shopping particularly convenient.

The apartment is well laid out and gets plenty of natural light. The photos give a good impression of the space and setup.
