Room in a shared flat

We have a beautiful 4.5 room apartment in a new building just 2 minutes from the Weyerli (outdoor pool).
This room would be about 17 sqm with its own bathroom, where our washing machine and a tumble dryer are also located. The building has a cellar compartment, a bicycle cellar, and parking spaces for rent, in case you have a car. Right in the building next door we also have an Aldi, and in the street there are 2 nice restaurants and a gym. To the bus stop “Weyermannshaus” it is about 2 minutes, to the train station it takes about 10-15 minutes by bus or bicycle. For students it is also convenient, as we are only about 5 minutes away from the VonRoll Areal.

Who we are:

Paula, 25, studies psychology, likes doing sports, a cozy series marathon or a beer in the city.
Frankie, 23, studies medicine, likes cooking and sings passionately in the shower.

We are an open-minded WG, often out and about but also like to chill and vibe together at home sometimes, from retiree activities like movie nights and listening to music to going out.

We are looking for a roommate between 20 and 30 who doesn't just want a Zweckwg - but of course we also respect privacy & our retreats.
