The apartment is modern and high-quality equipped and was completed in 2021. It is located in a very quiet, almost rural environment and simultaneously offers excellent connections to public transport. A bus stop is only approx. 200 meters away. From there, the bus runs every 10 minutes to Wollishofen, which can be reached in about 15–20 minutes with its lakeside and beach. A train station is also located approx. 1 km away. From there, one reaches Zürich HB and the city center in 10–20 minute intervals, which is reachable in about 15 minutes. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth: A hiking trail towards Uetliberg begins nearby, so that walks and hikes in nature can be easily integrated into everyday life.
