1 room apartment

Cool 1-room studio in the middle of Niederdorf with a communal roof terrace. The view is breathtaking - you can see the lake, all the churches in Zürich and the mountains. I moved into the apartment because I was a student. 2 large high windows with seating benches at knee height. No dishwasher/ washing and tumbling in the basement without a washing plan. Great neighbors. The apartment is very central, inexpensive (electricity, water included in the price). However, I am looking for a slightly larger apartment slightly outside. It does not have to be Kreis 1. Ceiling height must not be below 2.65m because of the furniture. It is not a quiet area and you have to like the nightlife. Only mutual sublease agreement. No full handover. Thank you
