3 ½ rooms apartment

Since my colleague and I are abroad for an exchange semester, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished apartment in St. Gallen. The apartment is ideal for a shared flat (2-person shared flat), a couple or single persons. Depending on the need, we rent either the **entire apartment** or the **rooms individually**. Key data & rent: * **Rent** **Rooms individually:** On request * **Availability:** [end of August to mid-February] Location – Perfect for students: * **To the university (HSG):** Only about 20 minutes on foot. * **Public transport connection:** The next bus stop is within 5 minutes walking distance. Top equipment: The apartment remains largely furnished as shown in the photos. The equipment includes: * Balcony including gas grill for cozy evenings. * Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, appliances, etc.). * Entertainment & comfort: Sonos music boxes, a shisha (water pipe) for shared use, and a TV. * Smart household helpers: A cleaning robot and a vacuum cleaner are available. * Storage space: A private cellar compartment and a communal bicycle room are also available. Who is looking? We are looking for reliable, tidy subtenants (preferably students or young professionals) who will handle the apartment and furniture carefully during our absence. A viewing (also digital via Facetime/Teams) is possible by arrangement.
