In beautiful and close to nature Zürich-Witikon, my 1-room apartment will become available for September. The small but fine apartment is located on the upper floor of the residential building and, in addition to the living room, features a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and an anteroom. Additionally, a private garage belongs to the apartment. You can expect state-of-the-art kitchen appliances from the Electrolux-GrandLuxe series, equally high-quality bathroom fittings (with a Schmidlin bathtub), plenty of light in the living room, and a southwest-facing balcony. A spacious built-in wardrobe is located in the anteroom. All rooms are equipped with large windows, and you enjoy the view of the Uetliberg and as far as the Glarner Alpen.
