3 ½ rooms apartment

After almost 10 happy years, our family of four will be leaving this beautiful apartment. It has 3.5 rooms, is large and flooded with light, and is located in a quiet, peaceful location at Zürichberg. The apartment is located near the zoo, the hiking trails in the Zürichbergwald, the Panoramaweg, and the Rigiblick cable car. Shopping facilities are located at Toblerplatz, Kirche Fluntern, and via the Rigiblick cable car (approx. 5 min ride to the large Migros). Parking spaces in the blue zone are available. However, we have lived here with children without any problems without a car. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a view of Lake Zürich. The floor plan is spacious and there are practical built-in wardrobes in each of the two bedrooms. There are two private cellar rooms: one room with its own washing machine and dryer and storage space, as well as another private storage room. The apartment is rented unfurnished (our furniture can be seen in the pictures), but there are some pieces of furniture whose sale we would consider upon request.
