Room in a shared flat

I (28, f) am looking for a female flatmate for my modern 4.5-room apartment in Köniz starting in spring 2027. Move-in is flexible between January and April 2027.

THE APARTMENT & LOCATION
The apartment is located in a quiet and green location at Lilienweg 68 in Köniz, near the Könizbergwald. All rooms are oriented towards the greenery. The apartment includes a cellar and attic compartment, two communal laundry rooms, a balcony with a southwest orientation, as well as a garden with a BBQ area that we can share.
Reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes is the center of Köniz. There you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and Schloss Köniz, where cultural events take place regularly.
Public transport connections to the apartment are also good. Within walking distance are the connections S6 (Bern - Schwarzenburg), bus line 17 (Bern Bahnhof - Weiermatt), bus line 10 (Schliern - Ostermundigen), bus line 22 (Kleinwabern - Brünnen Westside), bus line 29 (Niederwangen Bahnhof - Wabern Lindenweg), bus line 16 (Köniz Zentrum - Spiegel Gurten Gartenstadt), Postauto 631 (Köniz Bahnhof - Riggisberg).

The rooms can also be taken partially furnished upon request.
Service charges (excl. internet and insurance) are included in the rental costs.

ABOUT ME
I am 28 years old, studied geography, and today work as a project manager in various urban construction and development projects.
I would describe myself as quiet, tidy, easy-going, and cheerful. I wish for a relaxed, uncomplicated life together. It is important to me that one feels comfortable in the shared apartment and is considerate of one another.
My two cats, Mia and Eliot, also live with me.
