From 14 September 2026, my bright, high-quality furnished 16.5 m² shared apartment room in our 4.5-room apartment on Dufourstrasse in Zurich Seefeld will become available. The apartment is located in a historic old building that was high-quality renovated in 2024 and is situated only a few steps from Lake Zurich. It is fully furnished – basically, you only need your suitcase. **The room** is stylishly furnished with: * 1.40 m bed incl. natural latex mattress and nightstand * large wardrobe * coat rack Bed linen and towels can be taken over if required. **The 121 m² large apartment on the 2nd floor** combines old building charm with modern, high-quality equipment: * spacious, bright rooms * open kitchen with dishwasher and steamer * living room with lake-side balcony * bathroom + separate WC * own laundry tower in the apartment * lift and cellar compartment **The WG (shared apartment):** You will live with two quiet, working professionals – a psychotherapist (30) and her Swiss partner, a Shiatsu therapist. We view the apartment as a home and not as a classic functional shared flat and value a quiet, well-maintained, and respectful interaction. At the same time, living together is uncomplicated and informal: people enjoy sitting together for a coffee once in a while, but shared evenings are not a must. House language: German. **Who we are looking for** We are looking for a working, reliable, and respectful person who values quality, order, and a pleasant home and feels comfortable in an adult, uncomplicated shared apartment. Ideally, you are between 25 and 45 years old and in a stable professional situation. All genders are welcome. **Location** Seefeld / Riesbach – one of Zurich's most beautiful residential areas. Lake Zurich and the lake promenade, cafés, restaurants, bars, and parks are practically at your doorstep. Shopping facilities, pharmacy, and post office are also in the immediate vicinity. The Fröhlichstrasse stop is approx. 2 minutes away on foot. Stadelhofen is a few minutes away, HB approx. 10–15 minutes, and the airport around 30 minutes. **Rental period** Fixed-term sublet from 14 September to 31 December 2026.
