As I am exiting my rental agreement prematurely, I am looking for a suitable and solvent new tenant for my 74 square meter apartment in Basel, located a 5-minute walk from Basel SBB station. Official start of lease and flexibility: The regular move-in date is 01.08.2026. Since my subsequent apartment is already vacant, I am flexible regarding timing: As soon as the administration (livinggroup, Zürich) grants approval for a dossier, we can also carry out the apartment handover earlier by arrangement.
