A bright room will become available in my modern 3.5-room apartment in the SCALA development in Dübendorf. The apartment was first occupied in September 2025, is located on the fourth floor and will be shared as a relaxed two-person flatshare. Your room The room is approximately 14–16 m² and has direct access to a covered balcony. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and an open view towards the Zürichberg and across Dübendorf. The room is offered unfurnished by default. Full furnishing can be arranged before move-in if required; the details can be agreed individually. Location The Glatt river and its walking, running and cycling paths are directly behind the building. Dübendorf railway station is approximately ten minutes away on foot, providing convenient connections to Zurich. Shops and other everyday amenities are also located nearby. About me I am 32 years old and work as a mechanical engineer in Zurich. In my free time, I spend a lot of time outdoors, particularly trail running, climbing, mountaineering, ski touring and paragliding. At home, I appreciate a calm, clean and relaxed atmosphere. I am not looking for a purely functional flatshare, while naturally respecting privacy and personal space. Cooking together, having coffee on the balcony or occasionally sharing a drink after work would be very welcome, but never expected. Who I am looking for I am looking for a reliable, considerate and tidy person, ideally a working professional or PhD candidate. Open communication, mutual respect and a pleasant living environment are important to me. This is not a party flat, although visitors are of course welcome with reasonable communication and consideration.
