Room in a shared flat

As of 1 August, WG room in a 3-room apartment in Bern (Konsumstrasse, Mattenhof) – with the possibility of taking over the entire apartment Heyy, I am Lolo (she/they), 20 years old, queer, alternative, creative and active. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to an open, respectful flatmate (TINFA preferred) as of 1 August. Your room is 16 m² in size. The apartment features a small kitchen-living area, a large hallway, a large living room with a balcony facing the courtyard and is located on the 4th floor with a lift. Miet: CHF 776.– plus utilities. I will be studying Fine Arts at HSLU in Luzern starting in September and therefore plan to move to Luzern myself in the near future. Therefore, there is the possibility for you to take over the entire apartment, provided the administration agrees. The requirements for this are sufficient solvency (monthly rent is 1552.-) and no debt enforcement proceedings – this has already been clarified with the administration. About me: I am a ceramicist and enjoy cooking (vegi), in summer I like going Aarebädel most, dancing wildly to music or relaxing with an exciting book on the meadow.
