Room in a shared flat

Hi! I'm subletting a room in my shared apartment in Zurich, available from 01/12/2026 and to 28/02/2027.

The apartment is well located, 1 minute from bus stop, 4 minutes to Dübendorf train station, and easy access to shops and daily essentials.

You would be sharing the apartment with respectful and clean female flatmate. We are looking for someone responsible, tidy, quiet, and easy to live with.

Official registration may be possible. No smoking inside the apartment. Occasional smoking outside is fine.

Rent: CHF 1100 per month
Deposit: CHF 1500
Availability: from 01/12/2026 to 28/02/2027
Minimum stay: 2 months
