Room in a shared flat

Furnished shared apartment room in Zürich – from 1 October 2026

From 1 October 2026, I am looking for a reliable, responsible, and very clean person for a furnished room in my apartment in Zürich.

Rent: CHF 1’200.– per month, including all utilities and expenses.

📅 Availability: from 1 October 2026 for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

The room is rented furnished.

A very high standard of cleanliness and order in the apartment is particularly important to me. I am therefore expressly looking for someone who keeps their living area as well as the shared rooms clean, is considerate of others, and naturally adheres to the usual rules of living together.

Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences in the past with untidy and disrespectful flatmates. Therefore, cleanliness is not a side issue for me, but a prerequisite for living together.
