The room
16.8 m² with 2.65 m ceilings, so it feels larger than the number. South-west facing and full of light all day.
Fully furnished: queen bed with mattress, desk and chair, large wardrobe, bookshelf, ceiling light, floor lamp, and a floor fan you'll be glad of next summer. I can leave bedding and towels if useful.

The flat
A generous 5.5-room, 130 m² apartment on the second floor, fully and tastefully furnished and truly move-in ready. Big, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, and a separate dining room that closes off with a sliding door.

A full bathroom plus a separate second WC.

The rest of the building is offices: no residential neighbours, very quiet evenings and weekends

The flatmates
The two staying on are a German doctor and a French consultant, both early 30s: calm, clean and respectful. They treat the place like a home rather than a dorm, keep it well looked after, and like a quiet, grown-up environment where everyone has their own space but it's still friendly and easy.

Who we're looking for
Working professional, reliable, tidy and considerate, who'd feel at home in a relaxed but well-kept household. Any gender welcome.

The location
A few minutes from Kreuzplatz: trams 8 and 15 and bus 31 at the door, trams 2 and 4 a short walk.
The lake, cafés, restaurants and bars of Seefeld all close by.
UZH main campus a 20-minute walk, ETH and Central a few tram stops
HB minutes away, the airport around 25 minutes.
Stadelhofen and Bellevue are a short walk. Hard to find a more convenient spot in the city.

I'm the one moving out and heading back to the US. Please send a few lines about who you are, what you do, and whether you'd want to stay until November or longer. Please also make sure to provide the necessary documents required. The main tenant will be scheduling viewings this week.

Das Zimmer
16.8 m² mit 2.65 m Deckenhöhe – wirkt deutlich grösser als die Zahl vermuten lässt. Südwestausrichtung, den ganzen Tag hell.
Voll möbliert: Queensize-Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, grosser Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Deckenlampe, Stehlampe und ein Ventilator, über den man sich nächsten Sommer freuen wird. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann ich bei Bedarf dalassen.
Die Wohnung
Grosszügige 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 130 m² im zweiten Stock, komplett und geschmackvoll möbliert und wirklich bezugsbereit. Grosse, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, grosses Wohnzimmer und ein separates Esszimmer, das sich mit einer Schiebetür abtrennen lässt.
