Room in a shared flat

We live with seven people in a 150-year-old house in Winterthur ZH. The house consists of 3 floors with fully equipped apartments with bedrooms and community rooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom (with bathtub or shower). In the basement there are a workshop, laundry room and storage room. Additionally, there is personal storage space in the attic. In cooperation with our property management, we are renting two shared flat rooms on the 1st floor immediately. Respectively, the 1st floor is inhabited by two people who, apart from their respective bedrooms, share an office or guest room, a living room, a large kitchen and a small bathroom (with bathtub, without window). The free bedroom is approximately 16 m2, the two other shared rooms are approximately 12 m2 each. The rent for the private bedroom and the remaining shared rooms is Fr. 1350.- incl. NK/Mt. Approximately Fr. 100.- per month are added for WLAN, Serafe, cleaning staff, joint purchases, expenses for garden or cat, birthday gifts and other internal shared flat costs, which we settle via an app. The property includes a pool, a covered lounge, a large outdoor dining table with grill, a vegetable garden and a covered bicycle parking space. Through the palm trees and hammock, you feel like you're on vacation, especially in the summer, and in the winter, the fire bowl invites you to cozy fondue evenings. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Oberwinterthur and Winterthur Grüze train stations, a nearby forest, the Eulachpark, and several shopping options (Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi, bakery, quarter shop). Directly opposite the house is a bus stop. Parking is available on the main street or in the quarter. By bike, you can reach the HB Winti in about 8 minutes, and by bus in about 10 minutes. We are looking for... ...an open-minded, cheerful and responsible person who wants to actively participate in our shared flat life and has a basic sense of order and cleanliness, just like us. Since our old house with surroundings has a lot to do, you should have the desire and time to help with house and garden work. Since one of our roommates is still learning German, you should speak good German and ideally also be able to communicate in English. We are currently looking for a single person without children and without other pets. We are... ...7 open, funny, sometimes a bit chaotic, but structured people between 23 and 43 years old, with different professions and hobbies. Some of us eat vegetarian, others eat meat. Some of us are on the road by car, others by bike. Some of us like to go out, others prefer it quieter. Some of us do a lot of sports, others engage in creative activities. We are not dogmatic and strive for a respectful coexistence. We consider a cozy, drug-free get-together without many parties in the house important, and we would like to keep it that way. Our annual pool party is, however, a fixed program :D Since we don't want to be a purely functional shared flat, we occasionally organize joint activities, excursions or game evenings. Sometimes we cook, bake or grill together, meet in the garden, in our outdoor lounge or for a movie night in our home cinema on the 2nd floor. ...maybe you'll soon be part of our crew? 😊 You would share the 1st floor with Daniela: 43 years old, social pedagogue/clown/children's circus animator, who occasionally does yoga or crafts, likes to cook or café together, occasionally does volunteer work abroad with children and enjoys deep conversations, occasionally goes dancing or hiking or is on the move with her Guuggemusig at the Lucerne Carnival - but also likes to simply lie lazily by the pool or on the sofa 😉 Our shared flat cat Mimi also lives with us.
