I am looking for a successor for my beautiful apartment in Oberi as of 1 October. Features: \- 1975.-/ month incl. NK (net rent is 1825.-) \- 3 rooms: two enclosed rooms and one open living area \- Renovated old building \- 1st floor without lift \- Modern kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher \- Parquet flooring \- 8 m2 balcony \- Bathroom with two washbasins and bathtub \- Shared laundry room with dryer \- Cellar compartment \- 10 minutes walk to Oberwinterthur station, 5 minutes walk to the Hohlandweg and Oberes Büel stops. - The apartment is centrally located yet quiet at the village square of Oberwinterthur, a few minutes' walk from the station, bus stops, cozy cafés, shopping facilities and forest. For me, one of the most beautiful places to live in Winterthur. \- Parking space possibly available, will be clarified by the administration Disadvantages: \- Presumably at the beginning of 2027, the garage behind the house will be demolished and replaced by a new building. Noise emissions are to be expected. \- Laundry room and cellar are quite old \- No separate entrance area, i.e., you enter directly from the front door into the living room The contract must be taken over as of 1 October.
