As of 1 December 2026, I am looking for a replacement tenant for a spacious 3.5-room apartment with an additional open area, 2 bathrooms and 4 balconies on the 5th floor with lift, in the middle of Biel and only a few steps away from the pedestrian zone.
In addition to the 3.5 rooms, there is an additional open area next to the kitchen, which was originally intended as a dining area. Since the kitchen itself is spacious, this area can also be very well used as a home office, work or hobby area.
The kitchen features an induction cooktop, dishwasher and freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located directly in the apartment.
Additionally, a cellar and an attic are available.
Upon request, a garage can be taken over directly in the building for CHF 120/month.
Rent: CHF 1'630 + CHF 250 service charges = CHF 1'880/month
Move-in: 1 December 2026, possibly earlier by arrangement.
