At the beginning of November, a beautiful room will become available in our spacious 4½-room loft apartment at Stauffacherstrasse 77 in Bern.
💰 Rent: CHF 1'000.– per month

The apartment:
Our apartment is a bit special – and that is exactly what we like about it.
It is located in the Bern-Wankdorf industrial district. During the week, it can occasionally be a bit livelier during the day. As soon as the businesses finish work, the house almost belongs to us. In the evenings and especially on weekends, it is pleasantly quiet, and you can enjoy home a bit more carefree – whether with music, guests, or a cozy evening on the large terrace.
The apartment is a spacious loft with plenty of room to live. This includes an open kitchen, a large living area, a southwest terrace of around 30 m², cellar, and laundry room. We enjoy spending time in the common rooms – without anyone being obligated to do so.

Who are we?
We are Nik and Pablo.
We are connected by a joy for music – we both enjoy playing as DJs –, like animals, nature, and appreciate good conversations as much as quiet moments. Humor, openness, and mutual respect are more important to us than a perfectly tidy home.
Everyone has their own personal space. At the same time, we enjoy meeting up, spontaneously having a coffee together, cooking together, or letting the day end on the terrace. Anything is possible – nothing is mandatory.

How does our WG work?
Our WG lives on personal responsibility, trust, and common sense.
We have no cleaning schedule, no list of chores, and no complicated rules. Not because order would be unimportant – but because we hope to live together with people who do not need a cleaning schedule.
Naturally, everyone takes responsibility for the shared rooms and leaves the kitchen, bathroom, and living room as they themselves would like to find them.
If something is bothering or unclear, we talk to each other. Openly, honestly, and uncomplicatied.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an open, reliable, and uncomplicated person who is looking for more than just a room.
Age, profession, or origin do not play a big role for us. Much more important is that the chemistry is right and that you enjoy living in a WG where people know each other and respect one another.
If you prefer to live anonymously and withdraw exclusively to your room after work, another WG will probably suit you better.
If, on the other hand, you are looking for a home where independence, trust, humor, and mutual respect are a matter of course, then we could fit well together.
