Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a likable female or male flatmate to share a flat with me.
The room (11.12 m2) is available until the end of August 2027 and is furnished. The equipment includes a bed with a mattress, a desk (with an office chair upon request) as well as a built-in wardrobe.
The kitchen, the living room with dining table and television, as well as the bathroom can be shared. The apartment also features internet and a cellar compartment in which additional things can be stored. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the house and are used jointly by seven apartments.
About me: I am a teacher and enjoy spending my free time with music and sports – whether it be skiing, hiking, jogging or other activities in nature. If it fits, I also look forward to joint activities, but of course completely without obligation. Cooking together occasionally or having a game night is also something I find nice.
A respectful and pleasant coexistence is important to me. I fundamentally like things tidy, but am not excessively picky. It is important to me that you do not smoke and follow a vegetarian diet.
