I am subletting my furnished 15 m2 room in a spacious 145 m2 apartment in Zurich from 13 October until 30 November.

The room comes with a comfortable 160 cm bed and storage space.
You will have access to the shared areas of the apartment, including:
Fully equipped kitchen
Spacious living/lounge area
Shared bathroom
Washing machine and dryer
Balcony (smoking allowed on the balcony)
Nice view directly at the Uetliberg forest

The flat is shared with two cool roommates (one woman and one man), both in their thirties and working.

Location: Great connection to public transport. Siemens tram stop is around 6 minutes away, and Zurich Main Station can be reached in approximately 20 minutes. Shops are only about 50 metres away.
Available: 13 October - 30 November
Rent: CHF 1,280 per month, all-inclusive
