We are leaving our charming loft apartment with a heavy heart and are therefore looking for suitable subtenants who would like to live in this gem from September. The loft apartment on the first floor has a sensational view of the large moor and the Alps and has plenty of sunlight all day. The living, cooking and lounging areas are on the lower floor, while the gallery offers a retreat. (Including a bathtub under the stars.) A covered balcony and a private garden are great for wonderful summer nights. In addition, there is a shared storage room for bikes and garden equipment, a cellar and a réduit in the apartment, as well as parking spaces in front of the house. The apartment was freshly renovated in 2023 and has a very good construction standard with modern underfloor heating, as well as bright solid wood flooring on the gallery. The spacious bathroom has a cool walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and your own washing machine with dryer. All skylights have blinds. Täuffelen train station is within walking distance in just under 5 minutes and Lake Biel with a private beach for Täuffelen residents is about 20 minutes' walk away.
