3 ½ rooms apartment

Hello 👋 I'm renting out my great, super modern and bright apartment for 4 months while I go traveling from beginning of November till end of February 2027. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub. Modern kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The roughly 100m² apartment comes with a 40m² terrace with a table, lounge area, and grill. Very bright, with huge windows everywhere, with a view of the Üetliberg from the living room. 10 minutes to the main station (HB) by tram/bike, 5 minutes on foot to the Limmat. Very quiet residential location, yet centrally located. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne. Moderne Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Zur etwa 100m2 Wohnung gehört eine 40m2 grosse Terrasse mit Tisch, Lounge und Grill. Super hell mit riesigen Fenstern überall mit Sicht auf den Ütliberg vom Wohnzimmer. 10 Minuten zum HB mit Tram/Fahrrad, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Limmat.
