I am looking for a new female flatmate to share a beautiful 3.5 room apartment in the heart of Oerlikon, Zurich from 1st of August 2026. The 2-person flat is just a 2-minute walk from Oerlikon train station, with quick connections to the city center (7 min by train) and Irchel Park (UZH Campus) only 12 minutes away by tram. About the Apartment: 🏡 Modern, bright, and fully equipped (including a dishwasher) 🛁 Spacious bathroom 🛋️ Cozy living room with a lovely balcony 👕 Washing & dryer machines available in the building 💰 Rent: 1259 CHF/month, all-inclusive except electricity and internet (Internet roughly 20 CHF every month, electricity 50 CHF every 3 months) ❗Priority will be giving to applicants willing to buy the furniture About the flatmate you will share the apartment with: I’m a 30 year old Portuguese girl doing my PhD at UZH. I’m friendly and easygoing, and I love nature walks, swimming in the Limmat, exploring the city, cooking and sharing good meals with friends, traveling, and experiencing new cultures. Also, coffee is my fuel! ☕ I’m in Zurich since 2 years and excited to keep discovering all it has to offer. I love a good spontaneous plan 😌 Who I’m Looking For: I’d love to share my home with someone in a similar life stage—another young professional or PhD/postdoc student who enjoys a friendly, considerate and open-minded living environment. It’s important to me that the flat feels like an inclusive and respectful home, where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. I appreciate spending time together and getting to know who I share my home with – whether it’s sharing a meal or a coffee, watching a show, or hanging out in our amazing balcony – but also respect each other’s space and privacy. I occasionally have friends over or host visiting family for a few days, always with consideration.
