The open kitchen is equipped with hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a toilet, a shower, and a hairdryer. Enjoy your stay on the balcony with a table and chairs. Wi-Fi internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. A laundry room on the ground floor is also available free of charge. The apartment is located in the Erlenmatt district, a new urban area designed for modern living, working, and leisure, and is part of the Bâleo Erlenmatt building. The district features a large central park and is located near the Lange Erlen recreational area. The building itself houses a Coop supermarket, a daycare center, restaurants, and a fitness center. The area is optimally connected to public transport, with the Badischer Bahnhof station only 500 m away and EuroAirport reachable in 10 minutes. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building and offers quick access to Basel SBB station and all the city's attractions. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2,000.00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to the trusted partner after completion of the booking. All utilities, Wi-Fi internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and levies are tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city, a maximum of 30 nights will be charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a security deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the accommodation. Additionally, for stays of 28 nights or more, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
