We are looking for a roommate, preferably a young worker or student, to share a 3.5-room apartment, fully furnished, located in a quiet and well-served area. Monthly rent: CHF 850.-, expenses included (electricity, waste tax, WI-FI and serafe). Excluding adjustment. The apartment has all the essential comforts: fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room, shared bathroom and communal washing machine, usable according to a rotation system among tenants. Convenient and well-served location: - A few steps from 3 bus stops (lines 2,3,5). - Supermarket 1 minute walk. - SUPSI and USI universities can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Availability: from August 2026 I am looking for a serious, orderly and respectful person of common spaces with whom to share a quiet and pleasant environment.
