We are renting to a female student or intern (preferably a weekly resident) two furnished rooms, consisting of one bedroom (13 m2) and a living room (9.2 m2) as well as a private bathroom (3 m2) with WC and shower for rent in a single-family house. Microwave, kettle, and a small refrigerator are available in the living room. There is the possibility to share the use of the kitchen. S41 train connection in approx. 5 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes travel time to Winterthur HB, a train every 30 minutes. Additionally, a bus runs to Winterthur (every half hour).
