Room in a shared flat

We are renting out a room in our charming 3.5-room apartment, located in a quiet yet central location near the Limmat. The room is available from now until the end of 2026 (arrangement possible). Due to the composition of the shared flat, a woman is being sought. Location: The apartment is in an ideal location: on warm summer days, you can even swim home from the main station (HB). The HB, Langstrasse, gyms, cafés, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the apartment is quietly situated and offers a view of a beautiful courtyard. Apartment: You will share the 3.5-room apartment with Megi. We shape shared flat life in a relaxed way: occasionally we undertake joint activities and eat together. In doing so, we respect the personal space of each individual. We value open communication and harmonious coexistence. Period: The room is being sublet for 1 year due to a stay abroad.
