I (f/47) am looking for a female roommate who is independent and will enjoy this idyllic penthouse maisonette apartment (owner standard) with me. Your attic room of approx. 15m2 with built-in wardrobes, private bathroom and large storage room, is located on the upper floor, which is available to you alone including shared use of the kitchen. The breathtaking view of nature allows every day to end in relaxation. The penthouse apartment is located directly at the edge of the forest. I am relaxed and uncomplicated. It would be nice if you also like to keep things tidy and take care of the apartment. The rental period is limited until the end of March 2027 with the option to extend.
