Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new female or male flatmate for our 4-person shared apartment (WG) in Zürich starting from mid-October. The room is 15 m² in size, very bright, and has direct access to the balcony – including a beautiful view towards Uetliberg and, in good weather, even as far as the Alps.

The apartment:
With 5.5 rooms and approx. 133 m², the apartment is quite spacious and offers everything one could wish for in a shared apartment:

• 2 large balconies with genial views
• a large kitchen-cum-living area
• a huge living room
• 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower)
• washing machine & tumble dryer in the apartment
• bicycle room and private cellar compartment
• WLAN included in the rental price
• basic cleaning every 2 weeks included in the rental price

All rooms have access to a balcony – in summer, when we are not out and about, we spend a lot of time there accordingly.
I would like to leave a large wardrobe and a desk in the room for a takeover price of CHF 200.

A little bit about us:
We are currently two women (one of whom is me, and who will be moving out soon) and two men between 26 and 30 years old, and we are all employed.
We are all quite enterprising, like to travel, and are often on the go. At the same time, it is important to us that the WG is not a purely functional shared apartment (Zweck-WG). If the opportunity arises, we cook together, drink a beer on the balcony, or simply spend a cozy evening together – but of course, everyone also has their own life and their own rhythm.
The coexistence with us is very uncomplicated and relaxed. Gender does not matter to us at all – the most important thing is that it fits personally.

Location
The apartment is located in Wiedikon and is superbly connected to public transport:

• approx. 2 minutes to the train station or the Binz bus stop
• approx. 5 minutes to the Manesseplatz bus stop

The room is to be assigned indefinitely and the move-in would ideally be from October 15. For the takeover of the already existing shared furniture and apartment equipment (e.g., furniture in the common rooms, etc.), a one-time amount of CHF 500.– is due.
