Room in a shared flat

A comfortable 16 m2 furnished room from the date mentioned in the title (with the option to prolong). The apartment is in a vibrant part of Kreis 5, very close to Viadukt and Josefwiese, one of Zurich most popular areas. Only a few minutes walk to the river, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and within easy reach of the city center and business district. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The room comes with a large bed, wardrobe, shelf, and a small desk (not shown in the photos). I am in my early 40s, working as a UX product designer and app coder, and I am looking for a considerate flatmate (any gender) who is either employed, on college or doing a PhD/academic equivalent. Someone who appreciates privacy, keeps guests to a minimum, and likes an respectful living environment.
