Room in a shared flat

The room is bright and quiet and approx. 12 qm in size. It has a small private bathroom, however without a shower. The shower is located in the bathroom right next to it and is gladly shared there. The kitchen (fully equipped) and the balcony are available for shared use. There is no common room such as a living room or similar for shared use. Very close by are the Seen train station and the Seen shopping center. We are looking for a woman, very gladly a weekday resident. We are W 50 and W 14, employed and student, and are independent and individual. We appreciate our quiet evenings after a stressful everyday life and like things to be tidy. We are rather quiet and are therefore also looking for a quiet roommate. A shared flat life is not aimed for, however, we also enjoy exchanging ideas every now and then and in exchange for a shared cooking evening, no one has anything to complain about.
