Room in a shared flat

A cozy room is becoming available in our spacious shared apartment spanning two floors. The apartment is located at Rautistrasse 11, 8047 Zürich, on the 4th floor and impresses with a special room layout as well as plenty of space for shared flat life. The entrance area is located on the 4th floor. On this floor are the kitchen with dining table, a separate guest WC, as well as another bedroom of a flatmate. Directly from the kitchen, you reach the large balcony, which is covered approximately halfway and is ideal for eating, relaxing, or for cozy evenings. Via the internal staircase, you reach one floor below. There are the shared living room, the bathroom, another flatmate's room, and the shared apartment room for rent. Also on this floor is the private laundry tower with washing machine and tumble dryer. In the photos, the room can be seen both furnished and empty. The existing furniture can be taken over if interested and by arrangement (would be preferred). Due to the layout over two floors, the apartment offers plenty of space and at the same time sufficient retreat options for all flatmates. The spacious common areas with living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony also offer ideal conditions for pleasant shared living. **Location and transport connections** The apartment is located at Rautistrasse in Zürich and is very well connected to public transport. Directly in front of the house is the Albisrank bus stop, which is served by bus lines 83 and 89. Also nearby is the Siemens tram stop with tram line 3.
