Beautiful 3½ room apartment for rent in a very good location. The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building with a lot of green surroundings and a garden. Despite the idyllic location, Coop, a butcher, a bakery and 2 different bus stops are reachable in approx. 5 minutes on foot. The school and kindergarten are 1-3 minutes away on foot. The apartment, which is almost 90m² in size, features a terrace of approx. 15m² with a great backdrop and offers more than enough space for cozy evenings with magnificent sunsets. All white walls will be repainted before occupancy. The carpet visible in the living room will most likely be replaced by a new laminate floor.
