I am looking for a female roommate to share a 3.5-room apartment of 63 m², located on the 5th floor, without overlooking, in a quiet neighborhood of Lausanne.

The apartment:

• One large bedroom
• One medium bedroom
• 2 balconies (one in the living room and one in the smaller bedroom)
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Unfurnished living room
• Washing machine in the building
• Cellar
• Bicycle storage

Ideal location:

• Less than 5 to 10 minutes from buses 4, 8, 21 and 25
• Close to the Lausanne station and the city center
• Coop, Migros, Denner and neighborhood grocery store between 5 to 15 minutes on foot

Rent:

• Until July 2027: 585.50 CHF per person and per month, charges included (total rent: 1'056 CHF + 115 CHF charges).
• From July 2027: 832.50 CHF per person and per month, charges included (new total rent: 1'550 CHF + 115 CHF charges).

About:

• I am a 26-year-old woman, a student and rather quiet. I am looking for a quiet, respectful and clean female roommate, with whom it is pleasant to share the accommodation.

To know:

• I will leave the apartment between February and July. The person who takes over the room will therefore, at that time, have to find a new roommate to replace my departure.
• A guarantor is a plus.
